Entertain us

HOORAY! All in our house, are overjoyed.

Sir Monty Blaney, arch doyen of stage, screen and the Abersychan Conservative Club, is returning to his local theatre to entertain us in pantomime (Penarth Times, November 10).

Be warned - rush out and get your tickets before it"s too late (You"ll be sorry won"t you?).

I hear Sir Monty had promised to autograph after every show, once he has taken his obligatory curtain calls.

It will be a long time before we are able to see him again. He and his troupe will soon be embarking on a national tour, which includes a six week season of the ""Fol-de-rols"" at the Palace Pier, Clacton (Summer 2006).

All together now, "Here....s Monty!"

With a smile and a song.
