Scheme helps Gwent groups clean up

COMMUNITY groups in Gwent are being urged to start the new year with clean-ups of their areas.
Keep Wales Tidy is encouraging people by offering free insurance through its Tidy Towns initiative.
Caerwent Church Group is benefiting from the initiative.
Funding has helped them tend to an area known as the Gaer land, which is seen by locals visiting the nearby church and tourists who travel to Caerwent to see the Roman remains.
