FOLLOWING the success of his top six debut solo album Young Pilgrim, former Busted star Charlie Simpson comes to Cardiff next month.
His new tour coincides with brand new EP, Farmer & His Gun, which is released on March 25.
The EP will contain four tracks, including a rerecorded version of Farmer & His Gun, the original home recorded demo, Barricades Of Heaven (a Jackson Browne cover) and Lost.
Last October saw Simpson sell out a number of dates including London’s Islington Academy.
2011 was a stellar year for him and his single Cemetery was selected as the iTunes Single Of The Week.
He also made numerous television appearances including performing on ITV’s Daybreak, Channel 4’s Hollyoaks Music Show and Channel 5’s OK TV.
His music videos have gained over two million views on YouTube.
Simpson plays at Cardiff Solus on Tuesday, April 3.
