X Factor fans have had a sneak peek at the upcoming series as the first trailer is released.
Simon Cowell’s singing competition returns to ITV for a 14th series in the autumn.
The advert, which aired on ITV on Monday night, is narrated by returning host Dermot O’Leary, who tells the programme’s history in rhyme.
Clips of former highlights and contestants, including Louisa Johnson, One Direction, Little Mix and James Arthur are shown alongside memorable moments such as Sinitta’s skimpy palm leaf outfit.
Cowell, Sharon Osbourne, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh are returning to the judging panel when the reality show returns.
The new series will see hopefuls once again tackle two audition rounds followed by bootcamp.
The Six Chair Challenge and Judges’ Houses stage will also be back.
