JOIN cook Uma Sims after Easter for a 10 week Chinese cookery course where you will learn how to prepare and cook a range of authentic Chinese dishes from all over mainland China. The first session is a tutor demonstration where Uma will show students the skills involved in preparing Chinese dishes and students will be able to sample some of the delicious dishes produced. After that it is down to you. You will be preparing, chopping, cutting and cooking dishes on a weekly basis ready to take home to impress your family and friends.
