ST Peter's Church, Old Cogan, Penarth is holding an open day on Saturday, July 12, from 2pm-5pm.

It may be the oldest building in Penarth, sited in its own hidden mediaeval village, but it is not locked in the past and enjoys the present as well as looking to the future. Come and learn something of the little church's history and it’s proposed conservation. Listen to the gentle sound of recorders playing, get groovy with the New Georgia Jazz Band, wander around plant, bric a brac, and book stalls, or just relax and enjoy tea and home-made cakes. Entry free.

If you are coming by car, from Redlands Road turn into Sully Road and you will find us at the end of a short cul de sac with restricted parking which is opposite the Manor House hotel. If you are walking, you can follow the footpaths from the end of Dinas Road or Cosmeston Lakes.
