AS part of Penarth Summer Festival, All Saints Church in Victoria Square, Penarth, will be offering cream teas on Saturday, July 19, from 3pm-5pm in the church. The cost is £4 for adults and £3 for children. Come along and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in the beautiful surroundings of the recently refurbished church, with musical accompaniment, and help raise funds for the ongoing church building project.
