THE 18th annual Open Gardens Trail takes place in Penarth on Saturday, July 26, 10am-6pm and Sunday, July 27, 11am-5pm.
Nine gardens and the Sully Terrace private allotments will be open to the public. All the gardens are very individual, each having something extra to offer.
This very popular event is always welcomed coming at the end of the Penarth Festival.
Attractions include local artist Diana Mead with her paintings/cards and Cathy O'Doherty with her glass studio, also stalls selling homemade marmalades/jams preserves and cakes, a very extensive plants stall a raffle and refreshments of filled rolls as well as cream teas.
Admission by Rover Ticket £5 can be purchased at 4,Tudor Close Westbourne Road or any one of the gardens.
