THE annual coffee morning in aid of the HIV/AIDS project in Zimbabwe will be held at All Saints Church Hall on Saturday, August 9, from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

The project which is funded by the London based Progessio supports the many thousands of people who are suffering from HIV/AIDS where one in four of the population between the ages of 15 and 50 have the condition.

The annual coffee morning is a major fundraising event organised by the Progressio Group of Penarth.

As in previous years a major feature and highlight of the event will be the large stall of fresh vegetables generously provided by members of the Sully Terrace Allotment Association.

In addition other stalls will have a range of homemade cakes and preserves together with a bring and buy stall as also an excellent raffle.

Coffee and biscuits will be available so, in addition to the stalls, all will able to sit and relax.

Entry to the event is £1, payable at the door of the hall.

So come along buy your organic vegetables, have a cup of coffee and enjoy a relaxing morning.
