THE annual Dinas Powys Boxing Day walk will start at 2pm at the Village Square, Dinas Powys.
Wellingtons or boots are essential as the walk will go along paths through woods and fields which might be muddy.
Walk leader Geraint Thomas said “The local Community Council have been organising this walk for over 30 years and it's a great way for families and friends to get some fresh air and exercise over the Christmas break. The walk should take just under two hours, and this year as we will be starting at the village square walkers can go for a drink and chat in one of the pubs afterwards".
Well behaved dogs are allowed but must be on a lead when in fields with livestock.
