ON Saturday, February 28, a barn dance will be held in aid of Home Access and the Penarth Cytun foodbank, which is based at Tabernacle Baptist Church.

The evening will be held at the Conservative Club at 7.30pm and will be led by the legendary Pluck and Squeeze of Gavin and Stacey fame.

There will be a short presentation to enable guests to learn more about the work of Home Access and the foodbank amongst the vulnerable in the community.

Food will be provided at the event.

Proceeds, after costs, will be shared between the two good causes and guests are encouraged to bring canned goods and toiletries for the foodbank.

If you are already involved in these organisations and want to know how the food and money you give is being used, or if you want to find out more, or if you want to help to meet the needs of people who are homeless or hungry or you just want to have some fun please go along.

Tickets cost £10 and are available from Claire Grafton at the Home Access Office at Tabernacle Church, Plassey Street or emailing abcd3679@hotmail.com or call 02922 217760/07776 216254.
