CHURCHES in Penarth and Dinas Powys will be holding taking part in the annual day of celebration for Women’s World Day of Prayer.
On Friday, March 6, the day brings together people in more than 170 countries, of various race, cultures and traditions sharing together in God’s word and worship.
The service this year has been written by and tells the story of Christian women in the Bahamas, with the theme ‘Jesus said to them: Do you know what I have done to you?’
A service will be held at Stanwell Road Baptist Church, Penarth at 1.45pm and at Bethesda Chapel, Fairoaks, Dinas Powys at 7.30pm.
All are welcome to come along for this wonderful opportunity for all the churches to worship together.
