THE Cardiff Natural Health Show is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and will return on May 9 – 10 at the Parc (Thistle) Hotel.
The event brings together over 50 top practitioners, clinics, holistic therapists and retailers.
Each event is unique, and this year is no exception, with natural Japanese facelifts, free chiropractic assessments, organic food, natural cosmetics and make up as well as relaxing reflexology, massage and yoga therapy.
No visit to the show would be complete without dipping into the eclectic range of over 30 Free lectures, or trying a taster treatment with an experienced therapist or practitioner. It’s the chance to give your digestion a service with a nutritional MOT and more.
Admission is £5 per day (accompanied children under 14 are free) and weekend tickets cost £7.95.
