A ONE day workshop called Botanical Painting: Sumptuous Summer Flowers in watercolour, will be available at The Kymin, Penarth.
Penarth artist Chris Taylor is the tutor who specialises in the botanical painting of plants and flowers.
He exhibits his work regularly both locally and nationally, and is a member of the Society of Botanical Artists and the Society of Floral Painters
At this one-day botanical painting workshop, you will explore the beauty of summer flowers in watercolour. The height of the growing season provides the perfect opportunity to paint the sumptuous bounty of the garden, with flowers like roses and lilies at their peak.
Chris adds "This workshop will include a combination of tutor led practical demonstration and one-to-one help for individuals. The workshop is suitable for all abilities".
