WALES Millennium Centre's bus will journey around Wales with a stop in Penarth.

The road trip will be asking artists in Wales "What's your inspiration?"

As part of Ar Waith Ar Daith, a Welsh journey of myth and magic, the Awen Bus tour begins its four week journey around Wales before the final stop, the big finale outside the Centre on Saturday, September 12.

The bus will come to Penarth on August 28.

The journey began on August 7 at the National Eisteddfod in Meifod. The team on the Awen Bus - which is fully equipped with a stage and recording equipment - will be filming a wide range of creative responses, capturing the inspiration behind Welsh artists.

These responses will then be beamed into the ‘Cauldron of Inspiration’ which can be found in the foyer of Wales Millennium Centre until September 12.

You can watch the encounters by peering into the Cauldron of Inspiration in the foyer of Wales Millennium Centre, or follow the journey online at arwarithardaith.com and on the hashtag #Awen2015.

The Awen Bus journey ends on September 12 at 7.30pm outside Wales Millennium Centre with the Ar Waith Ar Daith finale – a large scale, outdoor spectacular featuring procession, dance, projection, storytelling, music, pyrotechnics and over 600 participants.
