A WORLD class talent and a unique character, Jerron 'Blind Boy' Paxton, will perform at All Saints Church, Victoria Square, on Friday, November 13.
His music is influenced by pre-war Jazz and Blues artists including Fats Waller and 'Blind' Lemon Jefferson.
He has earned a reputation for transporting audiences back to the 1920s and making them wish they could stay there for good. This young musician plays banjo, guitar, fiddle, piano, Cajun accordion and bones and may be one of the greatest musicians you've never heard of.
Blind Boy is a seasoned soul who renders goose bumps out of his fingertips and has a voice that burns hotter beyond the fire and longing of straight-up acoustic blues.
Christopher Rees will be supporting Jerron 'Blind Boy' Paxton. Doors to the evening open at 7pm.
Tickets cost £10 in advance and are available by calling 07561 143114 or 07808 200263.
