Celebrate spring with delicious food and wine at the Fig Tree Penarth
THE Fig Tree Penarth is welcoming the arrival of spring with a celebration of the cuisine and wines of Gascony in south western France on April 28.
The carefully crafted dinner will include sun-drenched specialities such as confit duck, sheep cheese, wild mushrooms, prunes and Armagnac.
Four courses will be matched with five delicious wines from the region.
To attend the dinner it costs £37.50 per person, including wines.
