ALL Saints Church, Penarth, will be hosting a new series of Music at Lunchtime concerts and will welcome international harpsichord player August Guan for the first one.

On Monday, February 13, All Saints will welcome the co-founder of the Early Music Centre in Beijing's Central Conservatory, China's leading music college, and he has given recitals at the Wales Millennium Centre, the National Museum of Wales and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

He has performed with the Welsh Camerata and the Welsh Baroque Orchestra and has contributed to several programmes for BBC Wales.

This lunchtime concert in All Saints is a wonderful opportunity to hear August perform Baroque repertoire including Bach Preludes, Fantasias, Fugues and Toccatas in relaxed and informal surroundings.

This will be the first of the free concerts which will take place on the second Monday of the month at 1pm.

Teas and coffees will be available and doors open from 12.30pm.
