LOOKING for an alternative Halloween event? Why not try the Hallelujah party at All Saints Church, Victoria Square, Penarth, on Wednesday, October 31, from 5pm to 6.30pm. There will be food, traditional games, craft activities, music making, and children are welcome to come dressed as their favourite character. Accompanied children of all ages welcome - admission free.
