Three arrested following Dinas Powys burglary

THREE men have been arrested and charged following a burglary in Dinas Powys.
The men entered a property on Pen-Y-Turnpike Road on the evening of Saturday October 20, where they stole a mobile phone, cash and the keys to the homeowner's two vehicles.
They then made off from the house in the vehicles, namely a Toyota Yaris and a Honda Civic.
The swift action of officers along with the assistance of the local community saw the three men arrested just hours later, in the early hours of Sunday October 21 at Dunlin Court, Barry.
The men, aged 40, 32 and 29, have since been charged with burglary and theft of a motor vehicle. All three have been remanded into custody.
