BRITISH Heart Foundation Cymru has teamed up with the Vale Council to organise the Vale's first Jingle Bell Jog to help save lives in the area.
This family festive fun event is open to everyone and you can either run, jog, walk or even jingle for all ages and abilities around Barry Island Promenade on Sunday, December 16.
Meet outside The Dolphin Pub. Registration either before the event or on the day is at 10am, with a warm up at 10.45am and The Jog starts at 11am.
