Man jailed for spate of offences in Penarth

A MAN has been jailed following a spate of offences in Penarth.

Jamie Wall of Llanrumney was handed a sentence of three years and four months at Cardiff Crown Court.

The 24-year-old was charged with burglary for which he received a 40 month sentence, aggravated vehicle taking, for which he was given 18 months imprisonment to run concurrently, and attempted burglary for which he was handed a three month sentence, also to run concurrently.

He was also ordered to pay charges of £120, disqualified from driving for three years. He will have to re-take his driving test.
