Penarth man pleads not guilty to murder after appearing at Plymouth Crown Court

A PENARTH man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder after appearing at Plymouth Crown Court on Friday, August 23.
Scaffolder Jermaine Maguire, 22, of Brundal Crescent, is set to face a two week trial from November 4 after the alleged murder of 32-year-old Andrew Wingren, also from Penarth, in February of this year.
Maguire was released on bail with the conditions he lives and sleeps at Brundal Crescent, under a curfew between 9pm and 6am and not to contact directly or indirectly the family of the deceased.
The curfew will also be electronically monitored.
The case was presided over by His Honour Judge G W A Cottle.
