VICTORIA Primary School pupils were lucky enough to have Santa visit them for breakfast at the annual ‘Breakfast with Santa’ celebration on Saturday, December 7.

Members of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) organised breakfast for nursery and infant classes, and included a croissant and relaxing cup of tea for parents in the canteen. Teachers and support staff from the school gave up their valuable time to assist with entertainment, music and activities for the 140 children involved.

Santa stayed to chat to the children, long enough for photographs to be taken and he kindly left a chocolate selection box for each one. He was escorted by two Elf volunteers, Grace Barrington and Alexandra Hawkins, both Year 6 pupils at the school, before returning to the North Pole where he is obviously very busy.

The PTA would like to thank Santa and all the volunteers for their help with making another Victoria PTA occasion a big success. We wish a Merry Christmas to all the teachers, children and parents at the school.
