IF you have a camera at home or at work and feel that you are not making good use of all the functions a modern digital camera can offer then now is the time to join a 10 week course ‘Digital Photography for Beginners’.
You will look at operating the various modes and functions of your individual camera and develop skills such as how to compose a good photograph, how to use light and shade in photographs and how to take a wide range of photographs such as portraits of people and animals, landscapes, and close ups everyday items.
You will also learn how to download and save your photos onto a computer. The Digital Photography course takes place on Monday afternoons from 3.15pm- 5.15pm at Albert Road Church and Community Centre in Penarth and starts January 20.
For anyone who has already has basic digital photography skills a 10 week ‘Photography for Improvers’ course allows you to build on those basic skills and encourages the development of more advanced techniques to further enhance your photographs.
