PARTS of one ward at University Hospital of Llandough remain closed to visitors after an outbreak of norovirus.
Visitors and members of the public have been warned to stay away from the hospital “unless absolutely necessary” to prevent the further spread of the winter vomiting bug.
Anyone that has had norovirus symptoms and feels better should also wait at least 48 hours before visiting the hospital as they may still be affected by it.
Last week three wards at the University Hospital of Llandough, as well as parts of one ward at the University Hospital of Wales, were closed after there were several suspected cases of the winter vomiting bug.
