A PENARTH Times freedom of information request has revealed the Vale Council mayor spent £352 on 300 Christmas cards last year.
Postage amounted to approximately £80.
No Christmas gifts were given.
The Vale Council leader and the managing director did not expend any money on cards or gifts.
