A PENARTH shop that was closed in the run-up to Christmas after a car crashed into it reopened on the weekend.
The One Stop store on Cornerswell Road was reopened with a red ribbon cutting by Penarth Town Mayor Neil Thomas and Councillor Clive Williams on Saturday, February 1.
Shop owner Haseem Khalid and his team were delighted to welcome customers old and new in to the fully refitted store, which now features a new fresh food range.
“Customers are delighted with our new look store, as well as the great range and fantastic deals on offer,” he said.
“The feedback has been incredible and we look forward to serving the local area for many years to come.”
The new One Stop convenience store offers a wide range of quality products, including everyday essentials such as bread, milk, fresh fruit and vegetables as well as a number of local services including free to use cash machine, lottery and paypoint, all available shortly.
The new store is open seven days a week from 8am – 10pm.
