IF YOU are a charity operating in the Vale of Glamorgan who would like some help with funding then a Cardiff training company may be able to help.

Established in 2008 Steps Training Ltd provides accredited training in the Prevention and Management of Work Related Conflict.

Last year company directors Steve Farmer and Paul Richards took on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge and raised more than £600 for Hope For Justice.

This year the directors have decided to get all the staff team involved in fund raising by committing to raise £2500 for one chosen charity.

Staff have already begun to come up with ideas to enable the target to be hit by March 31, 2015.

Company director Steve Farmer said “ Everyone is really committed and excited at the challenge of planning a year of fundraising.

"We will also be offering free training to the successful charity to train up to 12 of their staff or volunteers”.

Any charity which would like to be considered to be Steps Training’s “Charity of the year” can visit the company’s Facebook or twitter site @StepsTraining and tell them how your charity would spend the money.

Charities can also e mail responses to info@steps-training.co.uk .

All charities will be considered, however big or small, however please ensure your comments are posted by March 31, 2014.
