MYSTERIOUS signs with thought-provoking quotes have sprouted up around Penarth.
A number of the signs, with a distinctive 40 logo, have been seen in Penarth and Cardiff Bay over the last few weeks.
One reading “We may not be able to prepare the future for our children, but we can at least prepare our children for the future” was spotted by Penarth Times reader Sam Fleeting.
Another quote attributed to Richard Paul Evans from his book The Gift reads “Sunsets, like childhood, are viewed with wonder not just because they are beautiful but because they are fleeting.”
The laminated quote was stuck to a lamppost on Evenlode Avenue, whilst there have also been other signs dotted around Penarth, including on Lavernock Road.
