FLOODED: Heavy rain has caused Murch Junior School to close due to flooding (6484210)
MURCH Junior School in Dinas Powys is closed today due to flooding after heavy local rain, May 23.
Council officers will be working to ensure that the school is ready to open as normal after half term.
Vale of Glamorgan Council are aware of several incidents of flash flooding affecting the county.
A Vale Council spokesman said: "Council officers are working with the emergency services to deal with these incidents and to clear affected areas as soon as possible.
