A POWER cut has hit Penarth residents for the second time in a week.
An estimated 305 homes are without electricity in the CF64 4, CF64 2 and CF64 5 areas of Penarth and Dinas Powys after a fault at Norris Close.
A Western Power spokesman said that it was hoped power would be restored by 6pm.
On Wednesday, May 21, more than 1,100 residents in the Lavernock area of Penarth were without power for around half an hour from 6.45pm after a cable fault.
