AM for South Wales Central, Eluned Parrott, will be holding an advice surgery on Friday, July 18, at Tesco Superstore, Terra Nova Way, Penarth, between 1pm-2pm. Residents who have any issues of concern to them or their local community are encouraged to pop along – no appointment is necessary.
