A DINAS Powys primary school hosted a hugely successful circus night last week.
St Andrews Major Church in Wales School hosted the 'Happy Circus' event, which was organised by the PTA, at The Common, last Wednesday, July 16.
A spokeswoman from the PTA said: "It was a very successful evening and a special presentation was made to Mrs Jordan, the school's head teacher, who is retiring this month after seven years service.
"Thank You to all who showed support and attended the event.
"This was the perfect way to conclude the summer term."
