FIRE crews were called out to a deliberate skip fire near the Robert Smith dealership on Windsor Road last night, July 22.
Crews from Penarth and Cardiff Central Fire Station attended the scene at 8.56pm.
One breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets were used to extinguish the fire.
