A MINI digger worth more than £10,000 has been stolen from a building site in the Llandough Hill area of Llandough.
The A Yanmar SV08 digger has Yanmar written on it along with Astra Plant. It also has Plant No TE52 on the front panel of the machine.
The digger is estimated to be valued at approximately £12,000.
It is believed that it was stolen from the site sometime between 2pm on Sunday, September 14, and 8am on Monday, September 15.
Police in Penarth are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area and may have seen the digger being towed on a trailer around the times stated, or who may have witnessed any suspicious activity.
