NATIONAL Lottery funding has supported a number of community based projects across Wales with a share of the £279,724 being awarded under the latest round of the Awards for All small grants programme.
One of the groups to benefit from this funding is the Creative Therapies Collective, Penarth.
Thanks to the National Lottery funding they have received a grant totalling £5,000.
This will allow the Creative Therapies Collective to provide a series of arts therapies workshops for vulnerable children and young people in the community.
The grant will go towards room hire, sessional workers, clinical supervision, travel expenses, arts equipment, IT equipment, volunteer expenses, marketing, translation, administrative costs and evaluation and research.
