MEMBERS of the Tuesday RVS afternoon club met at the Paget Rooms on Tuesday, October 21. The opening hymn was sung with Jeanie Jones at the piano.
Cynthia introduced the Amy Builton Singers from Barry. A variety of songs were sung, and Amy amused us with her jokes.
A vote of thanks was given on behalf of the members for such an enjoyable afternoon.
On November 4 and 11, money will be collected or their trip to the Festival Park Outlet at Ebbw Vale. Christmas dinner money will be collected on November 25 for our dinner on December 2.
The meeting closed with refreshments and raffle and the hymn ‘God Be With You’.
