ELUNED Parrott, Welsh Liberal Democrat Assembly Member for South Wales Central, will be holding an advice surgery on Friday, December 19, at Tesco Superstore, Terra Nova Way, Penarth, between 1pm and 2pm. Residents who have any issues of concern to them or their local community are encouraged to pop along – no appointment is necessary.
