Penarth Town Mayor Cllr Martin Turner has thanked everyone for supporting and attending a fundraising coffee morning.
On Saturday, January 24, the Town Mayor hosted a coffee morning in conjunction with Trinity Methodist Church Heritage Project.
A talk on the history of Trinity Church by Prof John Hines and music by the Angela Morris Parry Ensemble greatly enhanced the morning.
The Mayor said: "I would like to thank everyone who helped to organise and run the coffee morning and to all those who supported the event by attending and enjoying a cup of coffee/tea and a cake on a beautiful sunny winters morning."
All proceeds will go to the Town Mayor’s nominated charities, Llamau (supporting homeless young people) and Penarth Live at Home Scheme.
