POLICE in Penarth are appealing for information following the theft of an expensive bike.
A Genesis bike worth more than £1000 was stolen from a garage in Baron Road some time overnight between Thursday, August 13 and Friday, August 14.
The cream-framed bike, which has orange handlebars and an orange seat, is distinctive in that the orange handlebar tape is patched-up with white tape.
Anyone who has seen the bike or who knows where it is, or who is responsible for the theft, is urged to contact 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
