WELSH Hearts is providing free CPR and Defibrillator training during a lunchtime session at the Senedd.

The charity that aims to prevent and manage heart disease in Wales want to equip people with vital emergency and life-saving skills.

The likelihood of surviving a cardiac arrest outside of hospital increases from three per cent to 50 per cent when a defibrillator is used.

The training day takes place on Monday, February 1, between noon and 3pm, in the Neuadd at the National Assembly for Wales.

Booking is essential as the course takes between 30-45 minutes and refreshments are provided.

Why not spend your lunch break with qualified professionals and gain the knowledge and know-how that could save a life.
