THE SEAFRONT in Penarth is calm now after taking a battering from Storm Imogen yesterday (Monday, February 8).
Penarth Lifeboat station confirmed that winds of 82.7mph hit Flatholm Island in the Bristol Channel at 1pm on Monday.
This footage from around 4pm yesterday shows the scene after the storm had done its worst.
