FREE digital drop-in sessions are being run across the Vale. for anyone in need of help with their computer skills.

Run by Barry Communities First, in partnership with Newydd Housing Association, the free digital drop-in sessions are available throughout the Vale of Glamorgan Mondays to Fridays.

The sessions are for anyone who needs help with their tablet or laptop, anyone who wants to learn how to send an email, download an app or set up social media, or anyone who simply wants to know more about how to get the best out of their computer.

Digital Champion volunteers will be on hand to help attendees improve their computer skills. No prior knowledge is needed whatsoever.

Computers and tablets are provided, but visitors can also can bring their own.

Sessions will take place weekly at the following venues: Barry Library (Mondays 10am to 12pm), Dinas Powys Library (Monday 10am to 1pm), Aberaeron Hub, Aberaeron Close, (Tuesdays 9.45am to 11.45am), Llantwit Major Library (Tuesdays, 10am to 1pm), Margaret Alexander Community Centre (Wednesdays 1pm to 3pm), Age Connects Cafe, Holton Road, Barry, (Thursdays 10am to 12pm), Penarth Library (Thursdays, 10am to 1pm), Cowbridge Library, (Fridays 2pm to 5pm) and Rhoose Library (Fridays, 10am to 1pm).

No booking is required, but places will be on a first come, first served basis.
