MEMBERS of Penarth RVS were welcomed by Cynthia to the Tuesday afternoon meeting at the Paget Rooms.
She reported that Joan had been taken to hospital that morning and are awaiting what the trouble is.
They were entertained by Angela and John Sadler. They sang a variety of songs, which they all knew.
Many songs from shows were sung that members knew and enjoyed.
John and Angela have sung together for over 30 years, both have been in shows many times. They were truly a delight to listen too.
Cynthia thanked them for a delightful afternoon. She also thanked Anne, a friend of Angela and John's who always plays the piano for them.
The departing hymn was sung, refreshments taken and the raffle drawn which brought a truly delightful afternoon to a close.
