The video, entitled, Penarth (Oh), sees him visit various locations in Penarth such as the pier, Cosmeston Lakes, Windsor Road and even the town's Greggs bakery.

It features Mr Webb driving around the town singing about how it is too expensive for him to live in Penarth.

The song is based on Coldplay's hit song Up and Up.

Mr Webb, who is from Abertillery, said: "When I first heard Coldplay's Up and Up I was driving through Penarth and the bit where they sing Up and Up I thought that sounds a bit like they're singing 'in Penarth'.

"We had a tour of the town from some good friends of ours that live there as we had heard good things about it but then realised the property prices were out of our price range for the type of house we would need."

Mr Webb has previously worked as a video producer and is also a stand up comedian.

He said: "I'm just glad so many people found it as funny as I did making it.

"The best bit for me has been reading some of the comments with one saying they too were convinced Coldplay sang 'in Penarth' on the original."
