Anglers on Penarth Pier
PENARTH Sea Angling's latest competition on Sunday, September 25, was won by Jonathan Brant.
He secured first place with a conger eel weighing 10lb 7oz from the pier.
In second was Joe Deandrade with three conger eels weighing 8lb 2oz from the pier.
Third was Colin Boagey with a conger eel weighing 1lb 4oz from the beach.
The next competition is on Sunday, October 2, fishing from the pier and beach from 6pm to 10pm.
