FORMER Chelsea FC and Tottenham legend and former England manager Glenn Hoddle was the star attraction at a sports dinner held it the Vale Sports Arena supporting Velindre.

Hoddle, who has won the FA Cup, UEFA Cup and also league titles in France for Monaco before moving into management, also met some junior players of PG10 Coaching provided words of inspiration and posed for photos with all the guests who enjoyed food, a Q&A, speeches, meet and greet auctions and much more in a fun and enjoyable action packed evening.

The evening also welcomed Wales and Everton FC legend Neville Southall who does so much for children with PG10.

Peter Griffiths, director of PG10, said: "We are thrilled to help bring some of the biggest names in sport to the area, which we hope will inspire local people and children and enable them to take part in more sport related activities."

Arguably the greatest footballer of all time Pele will be attending an evening on June 2 at the Vale Sports Arena.
