A PHYSIOTHERAPY practice owner has spoken of his pride after his company reached the finals in the 2017 Cardiff Life Awards for the second year running.
Penarth Physiotherapy Practice, based in Windsor Road, was shortlisted in the Best in Health category.
The practice was opened by Dyfri Owen, 42, in 2006 and he says it has gone from "strength to strength" ever since.
Eight companies were shortlisted in the category and Mr Owen's business was one of just two physiotherapy practices put forward.
The awards ceremony took place on Thursday, March 16 in Cardiff City Hall and was the biggest ever with 420 companies in the running for awards.
Mr Owen, who also works for The Football Association of Wales and Cardiff Rugby Football Club, said: "I am extremely proud of the practice and the reputation for clinical excellence which it has achieved and am delighted with the nomination.
"We were incredibly proud to have been shortlisted as finalists in the health category and that is testament to the exceptional standard of care that we provide for all of our patients."
There will be a belated 10th birthday party for the practice in the Penarth Conservative Club on April 22nd.
