DOUGILL Joyce nee Nelson Aged 90 Passed away peacefully at the Waverley Care Centre on 21st July. Wife to Bill, mum to Jane and mother-in-law to Robin and grandma to Charlotte. Thanksgiving service on Monday 31st July 3pm at All Saints Church Penarth. No flowers please donations in lieu to the Alzheimer's Society.
